Don't think he is a flashy type player that would break games apart. Him at his best wins it in tights and gets a neat disposal out. He links up well and has a neat disposal. He should have good year as an extractor working with and feeding the likes of shuey, sheed, Yeo, Gaff, venables, parto and etc in the near future.

Not sure if mentioned already but he's averaging 25.3 disposals, 5 clearances and 6.3 tackles a game in the last month. Is really coming on and starting to be huge for us. Great signs and not sure he's got enough credit around here for his performances recently.

Wasn't like he was a standout, but he was better than average. Lots of good tackles, blocks and contests in general. My opinion of course.

He has a great kick to Kennedy that went about 40m. His disposal is neat but he can actually kick with some penetration, unlike Priddis and Gaff and a few others in the team.

Been doing a lot better in a more inside role, he's just not suited to an outside role, probably not really capable of playing any other position. Most noticeably he's not turning the ball over as much as he was earlier in the season.

Last year was pretty much out injured, no real pre season and playing not that fit or healthy.
This year his health and fitness is a lot better and the earlier form I put down to getting used to a new structure, game plan and team mates.
With another full pre-season and full understanding of structures and team mates he should even improve a little more.
Definitely in the top starting 22 now.

It's been great to see him playing so well. He's only 26, so has plenty of years ahead of him. I've been very impressed with his kicking lately. He's a lovely kick to a leading forward.

It would be interesting how our midfield would go if he can average around 28 disposals next year and around 7 clearances. Early on his career he seemed like he was going to be a high production player. He ain't all that damaging but it would certainly help our midfield if he does a Matt crouch/Tom Mitchell type accumulator. He probably has better footskills than both as well.
