Retired Jack Redpath (#980)

Previous club: Kyneton
DOB 13-12-1990
Jack Redpath’s physical size before being drafted to the Bulldogs has been a great asset to the 21 year old, as he tries to assert himself and go bump for bump against the big bodied defenders in the VFL. Selected with pick 62 in the 2011 Rookie Draft, he adds depth to the Dogs key forward stocks.
2012:
Redpath was showing steady improvements in the VFL playing for Williamstown this year, assuming the role of a key target in the forward line. His marking ability has improved as has his confidence. A broken wrist forced his season to end early.

Anyone who buries that flog deserves a place on a team list.

Although I haven't really reason to hope, I am starting to really hope that he will become a player for us. He seems well liked and a lot of people have faith in him. As they are better judges than I am, I am very willing to see how he turns out.

when asked earlier this year of any other youngsters at the dogs to look out for, Michael Talia said "Jack Redpath will be a good key defender for us in the future" or something like that
