His footy skills aside Jack is a genuine team lifting character. Everytime a goal was kicked he'd pissbolt over and get involved and shout encouragement. That's a massive quality imo, the difference between kicking a goal and ambling back into position and kicking a goal and having a mate cheer and lift you into the air can give that player a huge boost. Jack should be a regular from now on.
i agree with you mate

He worked hard didn't he! I like the play where he recieved the ball on the backflank, kicked it to Pattison or someone and then sprinted 100 metres and recieved the pill again! Smart Footballer, maybe not big enough for a KP role though at AFL level.

THINK he will be given plenty of opportunity to roam as he did Sunday and not be asked to hold down a key forward post as such.
he simply wants the ball and that is a great attribute to have.
His encouragement of teammates will eventually become infectious!

Rate this kid ... Bares similarities to Whitnall with his footy smarts ... just hope he is a bit more quicker and resilient .

Cannot believe that Hughes got the nod over him in the early weeks ...

But Goldy has highlighted argueable his key ingredient ;)... Great to see a young bloke who has some balls and gets fired up ... This is what leadership is all about and has been completely lacking from our club for decades ...

IDGAF`s tip ... has future captain written all over him ;)
