Everyone having a crack at Koch but I’m glad he’s come out and pretty much said how most of us is feeling. Finally someone addresses it!

CEO: zip nada, “buy tickets to the members convention it’s worth it”

Coach: nothing, do we have one? Has anyone seen Ken this year?? He seems to love front and centre when it’s all rainbows and good times but when the going gets tough Ken is nowhere to be seen.

Hopefully the coach is focusing on coaching.

And the CEO is busy trying to stitch up the long awaited Joint Major Sponsor.

They should've all stuck to the original statement and made no further comment, deal with it in house.

I'm not sure what Koch's role is now other than adding fuel to every little spot fire.

Doesn't really matter what Lycett said - it's the fact that he's saying something about it - another chance for the vultures to sink their boots in

They all think they're doing the right thing by Jack and the club but it's achieving the absolute opposite

Do people honestly think that Lycett has woken up in the morning and thought "Hey, I should talk to the media about Jack Watts"? Players get interviewed, journalists ask probing questions, players are forced to respond. The only person who can stop this shit is Jack Watts, by not ****ing up again and doing what he's been paid to do for a change.

I don't blame Lycett at all

I blame our admin for not addressing and managing this properly

Do you think it's useful that all and sundry are putting their thoughts out there ?

I think the horse has bolted, and players pulling out the canned response of "I'm disappointed but will back my teammate" when asked about it makes zero difference now. Unless our admin have access to all the players personal phone data I'm not sure how they were meant to negate this.

?? legal substance that anyone can buy at any time? having a drink? mucking around with women? what part is the bad part?? if it was coke sure! or if it wasnt consensual definitely.
people forget these guys are just boys or young young men with a lot of cash and a lot of free time.....

This whole situation is a joke.

Bloke who is auditioning for the captaincy of our great club gets injured outside training performing a risky activity during preseason - A-OK.

Bloke who snorts some sort of (legal) power of a woman's breasts - verboten.

This club has far bigger things to worry about than Watts.

Koch should be the man in the gun. In the last four years we have a club that:
- has chronically underperformed on-field
- has not won a final
- has embarrassed themselves in Showdowns on numerous occassions
- has become a meek and vanilla organisation that is nothing like the strong club I grew up supporting
- plays boring, robotic, low-scoring football
- has extended Ken Hinkley's contract for 4 years when he did nothing deserve it
- has overseen the decline and departure of Chad Wingard, who should have been a 300-game all-time great Port player

Clean up your own backyard first, Koch. This Jack Watts stuff is just a dumb, media-driven sideshow which is a symptom of the issues at our club at worst.
