I know the pain of missing out on gf is terrible but honestly some of you people need to take a bloody hard look at yourselves.
Jackals tear at weakened members of their packs as do wolves, its the law of the jungle and the savannah. Judas was a slimy bastard who sold out his friend and mentor.
There's been a bit of Jackal and Judas behaviour since the GF and I for one am ashamed to be associated with some here.
Tearing into players whose only sin was to play their hearts out, tearing into each other and taking your pain out on fellow supporters. It goes further back than the GF too, those who tore into fellow members over the coaching issue in the final weeks of the home and away did good work - for the bloodsucking media and our opponents. That wasn't the cause of our loss but it certainly didn't help.
Stop snapping at everyone in sight including and especially your fellow members and supporters.
We have a new coach and a recasting of goals coming up over the summer, the boys will be trying to set themselves up for a strong tilt at the flag this time next year.
The last thing a new coach needs is infighting and this includes the supporter base, that's me, you and the bloke who sat next to you at the G.
We gave it our best shot and come up short. The pain has been sharp and incisive. I'm over it now and I'm especially over this carping and sniping about stupid issues.
It's time to stand by the coach and get behind the players, we as supporters need to redouble our efforts and that won't be by indulging our tempers against each other.
Commit to side by side in name and deed. By all means disagree and debate the issues but keep the personal cr@p and player blaming out of it. We don't need it and I for one am point blank refusing to be drawn into it.
/end rant
