Agree with overall position, although parasites is harsh as they are feeding a public desire to be informed by parties giving a different slant than the boring tripe clubs/players would otherwise release and let's be honest, we want to be entertained.

If the media are parasites then what does that make a large section of the footy loving public that reads and watches their product.
