Well, he played for West Coast who just won 2 games and have a notorious gaps in their talent below the age of 29. Jackson is 26 with 100 games and got cut, so that probably tells you how good he is.

The Dees need mature half back depth. Have nothing outside the best 22 now Hunt is off to the Eagles. Unless someone better gets delisted or there’s a good state league player available I’d roll the dice or one of Nelson or Newnes, neither of whom are so terrible that they’d be completely unplayable.

Have to assume Nelson has at least some better footy in him than his recent form given how bad the Eagles preparation and injuries have been. You’d hope players would be self starters but the Eagles just can’t have been training at the required intensity lately.
