Cumming wasn't best 22 prior to this year and Preuss has gone an entire career without being a best 30 player at his clubs, why you'd think he's on anything significant is beyond me

GWS don't currently have much (if any) free agency salary on their books, which means it's all flexible and since you only need to be at the salary cap in the current year you're playing then it's fine.
