Player Watch Jaeger O'Meara: 4 more years.

His disposal is horrible at present - barely gets kicks above 50%. And is quite selfish at times. Quite overrated at present. We paid for an elite, top 10 talent, 3 years in, we still don’t have one. In a stronger midfield it would show more.
This is just about the worst post on BF. Well done. You broke through the 5 IQ point barrier from above. He has single handedly carried our midfield and lifted players like cousins and worpel to a higher standard.

Always use orange colour for sarcasm.

Except for SHAKESPEARE, and that’s for our poster, not William Shakespeare.

1 down potentially another 26 to go. Of that 26 would like to see:McEvoy, Stratton, CJ, Glass, Moore, Cousins, Frawley, Pittonet, Cegs, Henderson, Miles and Mitchell signing new contracts soon.

Of the others I have never seen them play, or think they are either retirable or tradeable.

So we sold the farm for this guy right?

Will definitely end up captaining the club. Looking forward to seeing what he can do in 2020 with a bit more support in Mitchell and Cogs (hopefully) alongside him.
As messed up as it sounds we probably never would have got him if he never had the injuries that he did. I’m glad for him that he’s getting to a level many though he couldn’t.

If he never got the injuries he'd currently be the best player in the competition IMO.

I hope those idiots who were in the train with me coming back from one of our losses in 2017 are able to read this. After JOM missed through injury sprouting that he would never make it back they knew cos they play football. Hope you guys are still playing better than any of your predictions that day. To think you guys were Hawthorn supporters. Soft and unfortunately entitled hope you're enjoying the price we paid for a genuine gun footballer.

If his mate comes and plays for us next season will that go down as assist of the year?

Seriously though, Jaeger just needs to keep doing what he’s doing and once the cavalry arrives either later this season or next then he’ll be better for his 2019 campaign.

In a stronger midfield he'd have a better opportunity to show us all what he's capable of on a more consistent basis.

Just wait until TOM is back and we land another elite midfielder then watch JOM shine.

Not sure what some are expecting from an inside mid that wins a heap of the ball, clearances , tackles , contested possies and kicks a goal a game?? He has no Hodge, Mitchell, Lewis or a younger Burgoyne to ride shotgun and yet he is still getting involved more than anyone can expect. Just the addition of Liam Shiels makes him better let alone Tommy getting back!
Will make mistakes as most inside mids are prone to do but it’s not for lack of trying. He is a beast .
