forst = Freudian slipThe goals were a bit cheap, right time right place kind of thing. Still good for a forst game back.

I see those kind of goals as a good thing, as it indicates that he hasn't lost his smarts and has adapted his running patterns well to a new team. I'm only relying of big footy however so have no idea how he actually played. The goals were a bit cheap, right time right place kind of thing. Still good for a forst game back.

That's an uncharacteristically positive post about Hawthorn Scotland. Are you ok?I agree that those stats could still represent an ordinary game (remember he had 36 touches at AFL level this year and wasn't that great), but there's probably a handful of posters who actually watched the game. I saw a grand total of about 4 seconds of the game in a grab on Fox Footy and he looked to be moving well and had the confidence/strength to shrug off a tackler and move sideways which is a big positive.
A backflip would of been nice. And pray tell why
Hasn't played for months and yet still manages 29 possessions in three quarters of football. What more did he need to do to get your seal of approval

I don't want to see O'Meara out of the game, I'm not a monster.
A dose of reality/humility from you lot would be nice, but that's pretty unlikely.
Good stats, but his game wasn't that impressive. Not getting injured again is the biggest win for him.

He should do. Thanks for the concern champGood to see him back. Hopefully he plays another AFL game before his time is up.
Your ve still got hopes for orourke, seriously ?A fit O'Meara, O'Rourke and Lovell next season would completely strengthen the Hawthorn midfield. The contested possession count would go through the roof. They've played a total of 4 AFL games this year.
Kieren Lovell (pick 22 in the 2015 draft) was a high draft pick that everybody seems to have forgotten about.
Even Orourke Awakens given up on that oneYour ve still got hopes for orourke, seriously ?
Just needs his hammies to keep working. You never knowEven Orourke Awakens given up on that one

Nah he's just ordinaryJust about to come back from latest injury. Will hopefully play next week for BH, which gives him a chance to build some games. Possible delist target, but given his talent as a junior, would think the club will persist for at least another year. Not like he's had a run of games free of injury and proved to be not up to the level, simply cruelled by injury all the way along, both at GWS and us. Could still be a player if he gets beyond that, but has a lot of years of lost development to catch up on now, even if he spends the rest of his career injury free.
