Just reading the wiki of Leskie's disappearance, there was a pigs head thrown through a window on the night of his disappearance? Is it in reference to that?

Again, stretching my memory, my recollections are Bilynda (the mother)was out on the turps with sister Breehanna, Domascewicz was minding the kid. Bilynda's rung Domascewicz to pick her up. The kids sleeping on the lounge, Domascewicz decides to leave the kid while he takes off to pick Bilynda up. While hes gone his ex girlfriend, her brother Kenny and their mates decide to give Domascewicz a scare by throwing a pigs head (Darren Millane) - Kenny Penfolds dead pet pig, through a window of his house. Theory is they discovered Domascewicz wasn't there so they decided to take the kid for more of a scare. Not the brightest sparks, shit gets real, best way to get out of the trouble is to off the kid. Set of keys not belonging to Domascewicz found on the couch where the kid was sleeping.

Alternatively, the time they threw the pigs head at the window, Domascewicz was getting rid of the kid at the dam and copped a lucky break with the ex missus trying to put the shit up him.

Don't forget Jaidyn. Just re read the first couple of pages of Justice Denied. Breehanna was Bilynda's daughter, her sister that she was on the turps with is Kadee. Something tells me they might be bogans.

Also Darren Millane was owned by Kenny Penfold's mate Tubby. They slaughtered it because of neighbour and council complaints about the noise, and also that Kenny was continually complaining there was nothing to eat in the house.

Bogans though they were I remember thinking the mother carried herself pretty well throughout the whole ordeal. It was very public and protracted and there would have have been a heap of pressure on top of grieving the loss of her baby son. Really felt for her.

Big blue at their joint 21st, due to Brett's interest in Kadee's little sister Bilynda and her great set of norks. The 8 months pregnant Kadee beat Brett up using a seat belt. Bylinda and Brett shacked up that night. 4 years, 2 kids later, Kadee still spewing that the little sister stole her husband, succesfully manipulates Domaszewicz into the Brett/Bylinda picture trying to split them up. Brett rents part of his shed out to Domaszewicz for him to carry out his mechanics business. Bilynda spends more and more time at the shed. Bylinda orders Brett to WA to earn some real money or they will separate for good. Brett goes to try and hold on to the relationship, week later Bylinda rings and tells him its over. Brett heartbroken, Bylinda shacked up with Domaszewicz, Kadee triumphant.

Go to a trial for a crime that has been committed in Moe, or by a resident of Moe. One of the most depressing things you can ever do.

I'd need to re-read the facts of the case, but to my thinking, the pig's head gang and Domaszewicz are neck and neck as suspects...couldn't split them. It does seem strange that Domaszewicz's wallet would be soaked, but unless he's a complete idiot, why would he have gone into the dam with his wallet on him? Wait...don't answer that. It is a massive coincidence for the pig's head crew to go through that night (maybe not though, considering the people we're talking about...) but some of Domaszewicz's lies and explanations don't add up either.

Agree all his excuses don't add up but neither do the pigs heads team, and based on whats known they were not going to wok in cahoots.

Remember a couple of law students I knew sat through that trial or did case studies on it and the media during the trial kept reflecting the evidence against Greg as if it were open and shut, yet in the court room the defense team were killing the OPP. Having them regularly accused of leading their own witness testimony and than having the same witness torn apart the box. One them wrote a big piece on the media difference to the trial itself and among the worst bias reporting were the apparently unflappable totally neutral ABC.

Recall the case well. The Hun absolutely loved it and John Hamilton's reporting of the court proceedings were absolute gold.

Fact is Domasawiecz (sp?) was acquitted of murder in the Supreme Court and this an innocent man.

That said, the inquest in 2006 was very bad for him. Looks to me like a case of him having a good lawyer and the prosecution stuffing it up.

There's that, but I also remember for some reason reading in one of the Underbelly books, that Domaszewicz was at the Williams house for some reason or another, with Roberta having to go out to do something. Domaszewicz offered to look after the kids for her. Roberta responded with something along the lines of: 'You're kidding, aren't you?' (probably with a few F and C bombs thrown in).

Introducing the Pig Head Team:

Yvonne Penfold - Domaszewicz's ex-girlfriend, both had restrainig orders out on each other, yet were still meeting covertly to get it on. Romance teetered between romance and vengeance, Penfold having Domaszewicz's pet pig slaughtered, Domaszewicz ramming penfold's car in her driveway, this incident leading to brother Kenny threatining physical harm to Domaszewicz. Other incidents occurred involving capsicim spray, cars getting spray painted, death threats, complaints of police harrassment form Domaszewicz. Penfold was also in a relationship with a local policeman. Friends also note that Penfold was bitterly jealous of Domaszewicz's relationship with Bilynda Murgy, and dry retched when she saw Jaidyn's ba y seat in his car.
An anonymous phone call from a female to Murphy told her to check her kids. Murphy did this, Jaidyn and Breehanna had been sitched out of their rooms into each others beds. Penfold denied any involvement.

Kenny Penfold - Yvonnes brother. Used the fact he had a shit on the railway tracks and wiped his arse with his shirt pocket while waiting for Domaszewicz to leave to confirm to police he was where he told them he was on the night in question. Shirt given to police as the shirt he was wearing that night didn't have a pocket missing. Kenny loved the media spotlight continually giving quotes and getting his head o nTV. Unfortunately for him, QLD police where watching, Kenny got extradited to QLD on an outstanding assault charge. Kenny went away for a few months.

Darrin Wilson - Yvonnes former fiance , when she was 16, he was 17, ran in ot him at a party that night. Yvonne spoke to him about her anger with Domaszewicz, said someone should put a brick through his window.

Deano - Kenny's house mate, pulled bongs all day every day. Had the munchies, wanted to get something to eat, got in the car.
