I'd like to see him get a crack up forward, but might be hard for him to get a game, given the talls we've got up there. Still, I'm hopeful that he'll be a good player.

I too am hopefully, but it is very doubtful. I don't think he will survive the cut at the end of 2008.

Even if we don't have injuries he may get a shot at CHF if we continue to play Waite down back.

Showed great form early last year at Bullants and was very unlucky not to get a game before getting injured, is quick and has nice hands, if he is injury free I think he will be in Blues best 22 by season end

Can't find a spot for him in best 25. I resepct people's word that he was playing well early i the year but the 3 games towards the end of the year i saw the Bullants he was terrible.

If Fisher, Waite or Fev get injured who would be next in line as a key forward now that Kennedy has gone? Would it be Edwards or someone else? With Kennedy and Lance going, are Blues a bit thin now for KP forwards?

Hartlett maybe? we may use Kreuzer as a forward option and in the ruck if we end up getting him...

We'd throw Setanta o'hAilpin down there. He's shown a fair bit as a key forward target. He's our everywhere man at the minute. He can play as a ruckman, as a key defener or as a key forward and do all jobs reasonably well.

I'd love to leave the bloke somewhere long enough for him to be able to play there exceptionally well.

There is alot to like about the 'Snake', but have serious doubts he will make it. 2008 is his last chance along with Hartlet, who i think is further in line, and is a more needed KPP option. With such a large number of tall mids to be rotated already, i think the spine will be filled by more positional players..ie Fev, Waite, Thornton, Setanta and Jamison. Having recruited Hadley, a defensive mid at 190cm, across half back with Scotland and or Walker. Gibbs at 187.5, fisher, Grigg and simpson. If not for injury he may have cracked into the team but it will be tough for him now imo.
