Completely agree, totally overrated, did nothing in the prelim, no good 1 on 1. Hoping he goes to Melbourne because he is not the answer at collingwood. We will end up with Weideman and Melbourne's second pick for pick 6 to the dees
Can guarantee this will not be the case.

I don't see Melbourne moving Weideman on. Showed some very good signs this year. Tipping he'll become a regular next year in the AFL.

Jilted Collingwood supporters now talking down Lever. :D

Will be a star defender and he's exactly what we need.
So how are you going to get 2 top 10 picks to give to adelaide to get him? Not worth 2 first round picks, you can have him. Only Melbourne would be dumb enough to do the deal, believe me when I say Weideman wil be at the pies next year, we will see

They won't trade two first round picks for him. Also Weideman won't be at Collingwood next year. Far too important to Melbourne's future.

I wouldn't be potting other clubs decisions if I were a Collingwood supporter.

Also no Weideman won't be at the Pies next year.

I'd like Melbourne to get Lever at the right price. Didn't have a great game last night however remember this 21yo key defender made AA squad of 40. What I liked from last night was his obvious ability to read the play and his precision kicking out of the back half.

Important how? Picking Sherrins out of garbage bin and handing them to other players at training? Seriously don’t want especially if it means giving up an early pick

Talk about over rating!

Dude he's 20. Big men always take time. Rated extremely highly internally and will be a long term partner for Hogan sooner rather than later.
So, answer the question, how are you going to get Lever? Are you just going to pluck him from the Lever tree?
Make a note of this, Weideman will be at Collingwood next year.
They currently hold 2 first round picks and 2 second round picks. Essentially, what you're saying is that Melbourne will trade:

Weideman, pick 10 and pick 26 for Lever.

That's not going to happen. You've said take note, put your money where your mouth is. Put your account on it and if he's not at Collingwood next year, you stop posting.

Pick 10 and a 2nd round pick is what I think the trade will end up at should Lever pick us.

Make a note of this, Weideman will be at Melbourne next year.

If it is 2 firdtt rounders then it will be thid year and nexts years first.

Not going to give up weiderman after putting time into him just to keep a speculative pick next year.
