I agree, i reckon he'd do OK as a forward pocket at a club with a decent FF/CHF.

He has zero forward craft. Doesn’t know how to crumb packs to save his life. But man can he tackle.

When he’s playing well he can kick 2-3 goals, apply a shitload of pressure in the forward line, provide some nice link up play down the field and his delivery by foot is excellent. The problem is he’s very prone to having 4 disposal games where you completely forget he’s playing. He’s decent depth and would come very cheap. Who knows, a functioning forward line might bring the best out of him.

3rd round pick upgrade at the absolute most. More likely token pick/DFA

I think we do. Dixon, Ryder, Watts and Marshall, Whesthoff are our only tall forwards.

When Dixon went down we struggled to fill his presence Watts and Whesthoff aren't exactly key forwards, Marshall is coming along nicely but is more of a third tall right now and Ryder struggled to stay fit this year.

They're both about as useless as each other stats wise, but Neade is a smaller and older version.

He's right about Neade being a beast though. He pushed Douglas into McGovern who missed the next 8 weeks with an ankle injury. It was the single most effective thing he's ever done on a footy field.
