Stringer is not the first bloke to let the little head get him into trouble, and his lady is not the first to cry poor me, PLEASE spare me the bullshit.
If the man gets the football head back on, Essendon will be the winner.

Keep looking in the mirror, you're only going to keep hitting the car in front of you. History, expectation and that sense of entitlement have destroyed Essendon the last 13 years.

Your list is ageing and you've sacrificed some good draft picks the next couple of years. Your midfield is a major issue and it hasn't been improved much at all the last 2 weeks. Who are your tall midfield bull extractors? Flashy short people are nice but who is going to feed them? Matt Kennedy was the obvious moneyball option for Essendon that would have made a significant impact structurally.

Great haul on paper by the Bombers but time will tell how much it will actually improve the team positively. Stringer could be anything and he could also be finished by 2020 - this generous contract is his last chance. Hopefully his dickhead manager looks after him better now instead of just pocketing easy commission.
