I was scrolling past the above story and saw JUH and scan read the headline and thought it was an article about JUH and Mia celebrating their 21st and 40th birthdays together. It took the old brain box a second to catch up.

Mia and Brendan Fevola celebrated their 21st and 40th birthdays together
Mia and Brendan Fevola were both overcome with emotion while celebrating their milestone birthdays at a lavish joint party.

It was a night to remember at Mia and Brendan Fevola’s joint milestone birthday celebration on Saturday night.

Mia, marking her 21st, and Brendan, his 40th, partied with their family and friends at The Albion in South Melbourne.
During speeches, both Mia and Brendan became emotional as they stood beside their partners — Brendan with wife Alex, and Mia with boyfriend Western Bulldogs No.1 draft pick Jamarra Ugle-Hagan.

The heartfelt gathering had been postponed from February due to Victoria’s snap lockdown.

Mia looked stunning in a Klovia Couture beaded outfit which she changed up later in the night.

Fevola, a former AFL star turned FOX FM breakfast radio host, was joined by guests including Fifi Box, Byron Cooke, Dave Hughes, Shane Warne, Dylan Alcott, Anthony Callea and Tim Campbell.

In January on his birthday, Brendan was left speechless after his family surprised him with a new Mercedes-Benz SUV.
In a video shared on his Instagram, the broadcaster opened his gifts, including a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a PlayStation 5, which he said was the “best present ever”, before being blown away by the car.
For her birthday in January, Mia was brought to tears after receiving a diamond ring gift from her parents.

A make-up artist who has founded her own fashion brand Mallt Collective, Mia has almost 150,000 followers on Instagram. She has been dating Ugle-Hagan for the past nine months.

Alex, who founded Runway Room, said she was “truly blessed” with her first born of four daughters, while Brendan said he was “so proud”.

“You’ve made me proud every day since. A beautiful baby, a delightful child and now a smart and beautiful young lady,’’ Alex wrote.

“I couldn’t ask for a better daughter, I was truly blessed with you. We all love you so much and are very proud of you. Enjoy this special day Moo.”

Mia Fevola is on record pace for hard ball gets over her AFL career.

In the Hun today from Fev.

“They didn’t take him to Perth which I thought was a mistake,’’ Fevola said.

“I thought that he’d go with the team to Perth on Sunday even if he wasn’t to play, as a young kid to travel with the team and realise how the inner sanctum of a footy club works.

Hmmm....Thought he'd be a bit more mature than that....not cool...Pull your head in Fev.

He’s been in Melbourne, how would he even go to Perth 🤦‍♂️

Considering we were only permitted to take essential staff and players how would we do that?

Anything that Mia Fevola is involved with is not positive IMO. As soon as the word “influencer” is involved you know it’s a attention seeking flog

At the risk of being called a boomer it’s genuinely cringe and quite embarrassing some of the stuff that he’s doing with Mia Fevola. I’m sure it’s not looked at fondly throughout the club.

It came up on my YouTube homepage daily vlogs of them two shopping the other day…. Cmon.

Hopefully Mia can move onto her 671sf AFL partner soon.

What? And lose AFL statesman and game respected elder, Brendon Fevola's, 'fatherly' influence?

Looking forward to Fev giving Marra advice on a range of issues:

Footy success (well Carlton)
Financial (millions to be made with bookies)
Relationship (maybe lend Marra a camera to surprise Mia in the shower and pass the photos around to his mates)
Responsible drinking (Brownlow, Ireland etc)

Yeah I think we should give Jamarra special treatment that no other draftee gets... Good way to create a sense of unity and fairness.

JUH really doesn’t need this commentary in the public eye. This is doing him no favours whatsoever. Needs to get his head down and let his footy do the talking down the track. He should be wanting any chat to be about how he’s training, what’s he’s learning etc. I hope someone is giving him some good advice.

I hope they stay together and he goes on to become one of the all time greats as I don’t give a crap about who he goes out with

Seems like a normal kid growing up in an instagram world to me. We gonna crucify the kid.....for shopping and using insta or youtube? Call me when he actually does something wrong.

He's slightly built and needs to build his tank, plus we're 8 - 2.

Crikey.
Also nothing wrong with him asking Brendan Fevola to not publicly comment on his career and work situation. It serves no purpose and does nothing for JUH.
When you start being used by Brendan Fevola to become relevant alarm bells should be ringing.

The obvious issue here is you're expecting Fev to be mature haha

Draft camps will be starting soon, Mia will heading out to check out who'll be next years No 1 pick is and whether they can boost her internet 'likes'

Let him get it out of his system while it is still early

I’m not worried about JUH himself, but I am worried at how much time he would be spending around Fev. If you could wrap the perfect mentor into one person, Fev is the exact opposite of who you would want influencing someone of his age.
I'd think the club would be very wary about it at this point, not necessarily getting involved with their relationship, but just ensuring he has the right guidance from senior players e.g. Bont, Treloar, Wood, Dunks etc.

I'd like to think Fev isn't the sort of guy that would tell an 19 year old to make massive changes to his career 6 months after it's started, but you never know.
