couldn't care less how high he can jump or how quick he can run. The important thing is he takes the ball at it's highest peak and bloody kicks straight

Kicking straight is his weakness.

Regardless of his weight, he has a very solid base to work on. He’s clearly not going to be one of those skinny kids who struggles to put on weight.

The Buddy comparisons are somewhat lazy, but he definitely has a similar frame and will fill out much like he did IMO.

Yea this is most likely what's happening. We probably have a under the table deal where they won't bid on JUH, so they are just laying the groundwork in the media to get ahead of any claims of negligence for not bidding on him at #1.

Just to put in perspective how big of a deal Adelaide passing on JUH with picks 1 and 2 (if they get FA compo) would be:

pick 1 = 3000 points
pick 3 = 2234 points

Difference = 766 points which is equivalent to pick #25
