No he's not. He is good in the air, and defensively quite sound.

But terrible by foot.

The year he was drafted he was touted as a possible number one draft pick and had some of the best kicking skills in that years draft pool.

I've heard some people refer to him as soft which baffles me.
Aish has never been a soft player.
Has some serious kahunas.
Guy doesn't even hold an umbrella for his girlfriend, he's happy to cop the wrath.

Kicking goals off the HB line is where he'll elevate his game to the next level. Very good this year and was fantastic tonight.

When I first saw him at Brisbane.. flying across packs.. and some of his kicking.. I thought to myself.. who the f is this kid.. wouldn't mind him at the club.

Pretty much made up my mind on him in his first season.. have kept the faith in him at that re.

I just wish he'd stop doing unnecessary s**t where he risks getting clobbered by blokes running the other way..

He's great otherwise.

I can't remember but some were saying Aish was manned up on Cameron in the first?

Hard to tell from the TV coverage but I thought Noble had Cameron. Kept him to something like 4 kicks in the 1st half. Just unlucky that equated to 4 goals.

Noble was moved to Cameron after he had kicked four goals.
Was mentioned in the commentary.

People tend to equate a lack of size or strength to softness. Aish isn't the biggest or strongest but he's pretty gosh darn fearless, occasionally to his own detriment.

Probably a few too many up and under kicks for my liking though.

I've always been a supporter, read into that what you will but Aish has some ticker. I watched him live last night and he repeatedly stood in front or backed into marking contest (packs) after contest with the knowledge he was possibly going to get smashed. He got hurt too. Kudos!

Yep can never be called soft have seen him been knocked around on many occasions

Would have to be almost our most improved player this year.
