Why would Aish and Gibbs be in the same sentence ?
I agree. James Aish sounds like an absolute soft****.
What kind of a soft**** doesn't want to play for the club he grew up supporting because he can't handle the pressure of his surname? Get real James! As a supporter, I get offended when a player who I think should come to the Crows doesn't come. What are you basing this on? An already discredited rumour that the Pies may have floated Aish as a trade option?

Andrew Aish was still a pretty decent player, good enough to play for state footy for SA, although he retired early to be a Physio.Come on that was a generation ago and there was only Michael Aish - his father Andrew was just another Trevor Chappell. If he can't cope with being compared to a past uncle then he hasn't got it for AFL. I didn't see the Robrans or Eberts have a mental problem with this and their fathers were in a different league to James' uncle.

We need a strong squad to win finals footy, if Aish came at a cheap price, the Club should look at getting him.
Our time is now.

Calling him "another Trevor Chappell" is just stupid.
If we get Gibbs for a good price ok. But not for pick 13 and CC/Gov/Dear etc.Jeepers. I'm guessing you're in the 'no to Gibbs' squad as well?
Fair enoughPeople are different. Not everybody wants to stay where they were born and stay there for good. Some actually want to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves. It seems odd that people would condemn him to being a soft**** because he's left the safety net of his family.
Greg made sure he ruined him. Great sibling.Trevor Chappell played test cricket - Not many tests, obviously, especially compared to his brothers. I thought the comparison was pretty apt
Cheaper? He's now on a 3 year contract and played well for us this year.. no way you'll be getting him cheaper
ah yeah because not like he didnt get injured in the first quarter in his last game, we will thanksHis last two games were brilliant.
10 and 6 disposals for an unaccountable midfielder.
He's tripe, keep him.
Enjoy your coach and his desperation [emoji5]ah yeah because not like he didnt get injured in the first quarter in his last game, we will thanks![]()

one average game in a 6 week period of good footy from a 20 year old meh, you can have your opinion as i said sorry for posting on the wrong board. What about his other 10 posession games?
He didnt get injured in all of them.
Unless you call a lack of heart an injury.
I'm not a bucks guy, I would reply with something snarky back but I would just cop a cardEnjoy your coach and his desperation [emoji5]
Joffa, you're style ?I'm not a bucks guy, I would reply with something snarky back but I would just cop a card
This guy is the second coming of David Mackay. One good season early in his career, can't even come close to backing it up

Andrew was a good solid player as was T Chappell. James Aish may or may not be in Michael Aish's shadow but he certainly isn't in Andrew's.Andrew Aish was still a pretty decent player, good enough to play for state footy for SA, although he retired early to be a Physio.
