Firstly our whole team should be dropped and secondly 70 percent of our playing staff are midfielders so Aish was made the scapegoat. Robinson played on the weekend, Leppitsch felt we had to play less talented hardnuts.

Aish is definitely better than Lester, Robinson, Bewick, Green, Mayes and Adcock who all got a game.

Given our draft sanctions we need to correct our "age profile".

I'd definitely spend our 1st round pick (and 2nd round pick swap) on Aish.

M. Crouch and Cameron and Lever as emerging youngsters.

Plus ROB and Ramsey on Rookie list look promising.

If you look at it from a games played perspective it's very positive - our sub 50 games list is pretty impressive

Without an emoicon I cant tell whether you are being sarcastic, so I will just reiterate that I never said that Aish wasn't worth a couple of decent picks, he definitely is. It just that he is only a second year player, he hasn't yet shown what he is capable of.

I was actually serious about my offer. There's far too much love for Aish.

Yes he's from SA. Yes he's from great footballing stock. In his second year only so deserves a chance to live up to expectations of being the No.7 pick, but hasn't got close to the hype as yet even in his development.

He must be doing something right though because Brisbane sure as hell want to hang on to him. But I think we need to be balls out for another key forward or back, not another developing mid.
