Possible job at GWS. Well FMD, he’s finally following the road he should’ve done back when he retired. The arrogance of going from retiring to media to Essendon coach before trying another club was astounding.
Good luck with the backlash GWS

GWS could use some media coverage to distract from their captaincy debacle, good work James.

Could Hird be the next GWS coach?? Him and Mark McVeigh would both be putting their hands up for the job. Forget the saga.. look at Simon Goodwin, who was involved in it up to his eyeballs and look where he's at now!

deserves another shot for sure. would really inject his toughness. been keeping fit through boxing and now has a solid jab.

GWS havent had a brownlow medalist yet have they?

Would totally round out Toby Greene's career winning a brownlow only to have it stripped.

It seems like there’s a lot of really good assistants and ex-coaches around at the moment, why in the fu** would Hird be considered.
Lulz. Always epic lulz.

His sub-50 per cent win record in his previous stint screams out to get him picked it must be said
Yes, but also consider all the finals he won.
