i thought at the time that the sixth year was added to trigger a better compo for GWS and reduce the price we had to pay for Peatling

So how is that any different than the proposal that journalist put forward a few days ago about WC giving Graham a huge contract so Richmond got pick 2 as compo? It’s obviously a different scale of draft tampering, but surely the principle us the same.

It's not. Clubs should do this to manipulate the system the AFL put in place
