I mean it’s still very early in the season, even if you do believe no contract has been offered it doesn’t mean talks aren’t being had. Could simply be trying to work out how best to structure it for both player and club.

If he hasn’t re-signed after the bye or rumoured to be close that’s when I will start to take notice
