haha, he wont be worth anywhere near as much as a dal santo, judd or reiwolt type so we wont have to give up as much, maybe dyson, MJ (i think he still has some trade value).. havent really put much thought into who i would give up but we have a fair few relatively experienced heads in our side that arent living up to expectations... johns, bradley, dyson MJ spring to mind. although i dont particularly like the thought of getting rid of younger guys for an older head i think we need another ruckman as laycock just doesnt seem up to it..

Stanton would be the only one I'd look at. Other clubs in need for a ruckman like Jamie have better currency anyway.

Something like a 2nd rder (presuming Darcy Daniher isnt used with it) + someone like NLM would be offered. But i'd expect Brisbane to be very very keen on Dempsey.

Yeah haven't Richmond already come out and said that they're gonna have a crack at Charman in the off season?

He'd be a nice addition to our team but if the asking price is too high we can definitely live without him.

He would be a VERY handy acquisition, but the only problem isthat we would have to give away a good young talent to get him. So it might not be worth it in the long run. I'm still confident Laycock will come good.

Charman is far to pricey for us given his interest. We would be better suited looking at McDonald or going elsewhere like Adelaide who have 5-6 rucks on the list and with the emergence of Griffen may not be to fussed about keeping Hudson and Biglands both there. The best case scenario but most unlikely would be to snavel up young Warnock from Freo. Kid is still learning alot of stuff but would be a walkin number 2 ruck for us next year and potnentially challenging Hille for number 1.
