If you take a quaddie and a leg is voided because of a late scratching do you still get paid for 3 legs ?
No you get given the favourite in that leg if your runner is scratched
No.
Your scratched horse gets replaced with a substitute.
If that horse wins and you have the other 3 winners, you win your quaddie. If it doesn't win, you win nothing.

It might have just been an error in the dividends but I saw one of the races yesterday, I think the valley, that a horse paid $14 in VIC and Utab but only $7 on NSW.
Edit: It was Morphetville which I guess make more sense with smaller pools but still for a Saturday metro meeting.....
