yea i could only dream for that but i dont think you quite understood. i know gumbleton for brennan wouldn't happen but thats what i would want for him.

Is there any chance at all we could get Brennan in the PSD for nothing? I know its been mentioned but I wasnt sure if this was just a pipe dream...
Would be a good pick up but I wouldnt be surprised if all this was just specualtion. I am waiting for the "Jared Brennan has just resigned with Brisbane" news story any minute now...

Brennan is out of contract, but hasnt actually said he wants to be traded. So take that as him wanting to stay at Brisbane. I'd assume if he isnt traded, he will be offered a new contract by brisbane.

If i am not mistaken they also have pick 22 in the draft as well.
So we are going to have to trade a player because Brisbane would be stupid to take the 23 pick over the 22. Unless a player's were involved to sweeten the deal both ways.

I cant believe Brisbane would even consider trading Brennan for Bradley? Its a huge win for us due to the fact Jarred is a mile ahead of Kepler!

But in that certain play he read the ball of the the pack, got to it first and kicked a goal something that you mentioned above that he couldn't do.

Mate I can 100% Tell you Brennan flew to melbourne last week to meet Knights. They offered him a contract prior to that, and Brennan voiced his playing future position wise. Brennan wants to play upfield on a wing, and Knights had said he will let him play there if he does end up at Essendon.

Guys come on, the topic is named Jared Brennan, yeah fair enough if you want to speak about Nick Riewoldt compared to Jared Brennan but can't this be left for another thread. Because i am sure the majority of people who click on this thread want to hear about Jared Brennan and the likeness of him coming to essendon or any club in the matter. We don't won't to hear the on going argument about Riewoldt!

I don't think I was equating Riewoldt with Brennan at all. I think it's well known that Riewoldt has a kicking deficiency, if you all think differently well you're watching a different game to everyone else.
I'd prefer my head to be up mine than someone elses!

we have kepler and also pick 23 which the lions would take in an instant if Brennan threatened to walk to the PSD.
If brennan went through the PSD
there would be melbourne and the doggies who could take brennan in the PSD before us.

This part doesnt surprise me at all. Knights used Cloke in a similar style with Bendigo. Brennan does have the scope to play the role.

The Lions won't let him walk into the PSD or Brennan for the matter.
Because:
1. Lions wouldn't want to let him go for nothing
2. He desperately wants to go to the Bombers, but the Bulldogs are also interested and have a pick before us.
So IMO, a trade with him will be done.
