Article today on him....we should of moved on mason cox instead!
This will prove to be a massive mistake amongst many!

Can't have two no 1 rucks.
Any other period in the last 20 years he'd be clear no 1.
But Grundy.

Witts is a true ruckman, but cannot play in any other position, in the end one of Witts or Grundy was going to leave for opportunity.
We could not keep both, so in the end the right one left.
Saying this as a fan of Witts.
Wether we got enough compensation is another matter.

we should have asked for more for Witts , however with the suns finishing last we didnt have much of a choice.
In no way can you say we made a mistake with him, The only way he was going to stay with us is if he was no1 ruckmen and that was never going to happen at our club.

was at the club at the wrong time, but is one of the few bright sparks that GCS can hold. All the best to him hope he sees some finals in the future but doubt it.
