Doesn't work like that. You'd think with everything that was going on in the world people would keep their noses clean and play hard to keep their jobs. Disappointed he couldn't get it together.

Can be many different things but everywhere you go it is the same (I am no better, tbf).I know sadly. I'm having the same problem with staff attitudes that I had before all of this began. A sense of entitlement.

Yes and no. At this point in a normal season, yes. But they take the whole playing group to the hubs, so if a guy isn’t getting a contract next year it makes little sense to take them to bloody Cairns (of all the stupid places in Australia, bar Victoria itself), rather than ‘come to an agreement’ (ie an early delisting which would normally happen a couple of months down the track). These amicable parting of ways most likely wouldn’t be happening if it were a normal season, and the club wasn’t about to head back to Qld.What the hell is going on?
He's no real loss, but these sudden departures are Strange.
according to Young’s company’s site, yes.Is Carter also represented by Colin Young?
yeah this, in a normal season a conversation like this with Carter around this time (round wise) probably wouldn’t be uncommon, the difference being in a normal season he’d be able to just be at home, play out the season at Peel etc. this year not so muchYes and no.
