Shouild we pick him up for next year seems to be having a good year at Bendigo. I think he could add another string to our backline and be used as a pinch hitter up forward when needed. Just wanting to see what other Bomber supporters thought.

his a very good player but i would rather get a draft pick to be honest.. probably just because of our failure in recent times of getting recycled players...

i think whoever the next coach is will want to do a full rebuild and not get any recycled players...

Do you people that ask these questions actually watch the footy at all ? Have you watched Bendigo at all ? He is at best a good ordinary VFL player who should never be looked at at AFL level.

I could ask you if you watch Bendigo footy at all. He isnt a good ordinary VFL player. He is an extremely good VFL player !!!!
Would i pick him up in the PSD. NO i wouldnt but only becasue i dont think his disposal is up to it. Other than that he has a work rate better than most blokes on our list and has had a really good year for Bendigo.

Not totally true, he is a notch above VFL quite often but just an average AFL player unfortunately. For a Key Defender I would consider picking him up over a 45-50+ draft pick for depth and experience

There is a reason why cloke is playing VFL. He is not up to AFL

In saying what I said, I'm hoping we get Hocking thru the PSD. But if we dont, then Cloke should be looked at. He represented the state this season, so he really should be looked at. If we dont get him, im sure there will be several other clubs looking at getting him, Bulldogs being one of them.

Sorry but I disagree most vigorously. I have watched him at VFL level and he does nothing that would make you want to pick him up. They have played him on the wing at times despite the fact that he can't run or kick. He should be put out to pasture immediately.
