Remember when Schulz was enjoying the early throes of his career resurgence - but was very much suffering from the perception he was still Punt Road Jay - and a certain key forward who would eventually flee for pastures anew was being hyped up as a superhypermegastar in the making, despite their numbers being quite comparable?

Who knows, but i saw a tv segment that said he's going to rest his back in the next few weeks, if it heals naturally then great. If not, he may have to consider surgery.

If he does have the surgery, and I'm totally guessing here, the recovery time may mean that he's out for the year....which begs the Q. will he play next year? Also, this is his 2nd back op. Depending on the injury, he may be strongly advised to hang up the boots. Who knows.
