I have two bulging discs at 28 and I have good days and bad days but it isn't stopping me from running or high intensity interval training. Also hasn't stopped me from a majority of weight excercises aside from deadlifts and barbell rows.
It's a complete campaigner though, I get sciatic pain and the ocassional sharp nervy stab in the lower back. I really want surgery but my MRIs keep showing I'm not impinged at all, I beg to ****ing differ.
