Thus, leggings can be good but it is a very very very fine line. Even tall, skinny women can look ridiculous in leggings.

Women should never wear leggings unless they're going to the gym. Tights are not pants. If you wear leggings - cover the bum with a long top over. Leggings look cheap and lazy and looks like you can't afford a good pair of jeans. Jeans are so much more flattering than leggings - they will make anyone look thinner and make their legs look longer. Also if a girl over 14 continuously wears leggings out in public as pants then she is fashionably ******ed. It is equal to wearing Rivers trackies out in public.
