Find a way to get some Levis 520s. I stockpiled a heap in Europe. They're something else.

Where do the cool kids buy jeans from these days?

Have you tried RM Williams Linesman jeans?Trying to find jeans or chinos that fit well when you have big calves is an absolute nightmare. Skinny fit are too tight around the calf and make the taper look terrible and looser fit end up looking like some kind of early 2000s baggy throwbacks.

I have thighs that are out of proportion with my waist and calves. Same sort of issues. I wish I could get Levis in 30/30. 503s, with a boot cut fit me to a tee but I can only ever get 32" legs which means I either have to get them taken up or roll up the cuffs.
I've got really big thighs from my turnip farming, Yorkshireman genes. I didn't hugely struggle with jeans (some people just can't wear them), but they were either a bit too tight all over or the bottom was far too loose. Honestly – 520s are amazing. They're called a taper fit, but they're basically just skinny fit for big thighs. You can probably get them online. Bought two and wish I bought about six pairs instead and stocked up for a few years.I have thighs that are out of proportion with my waist and calves. Same sort of issues. No skinny jeans ever fit.

Like $60 a pair right? I've heard heaps of people raving about them, but then my girlfriend got a pair and they didn't seem anything special. In fact, they seemed a bit amateur with some areas just sitting really weird. Then again, girls and guys jeans are completely different things.De Jour on Sydney Rd, you won't regret it...

How long is the turnaround before picking your pair up?$52 a pair I'm pretty sure. You choose the colour, style and size and then they measure you up and custom fit them to your legs. You can get them adjusted as many times as you want so they're perfect and choose how skinny you want them etc. I've got a pair of jeans and cords from De Jour and absolutely love them. It's always super busy though, it's not uncommon to have to wait in a line outside the shop before being served.

It says an awful lot about BF that I had to find an 8-year bump to find a thread about jeans/fashion!
I've been losing a s**t ton of weight this year, I'm very close to being into "normal person" sized jeans again. I've shrunk out of my previous expensive pair, it's time to replace them.
I want to celebrate the weight loss with something super luxe and comfortable - but having always been fat, I've never had the luxury of wondering about name brands. And every result on google has a different answer.
What's a real nice, relaxed fit jean? And is there a good one designed and manufactured in Australia?
