But the newly signed will left nothing to Mark Epstein and said the entire estate would go to a trust that was created on August 8, the same day the will was signed.

However, that now appears to be questionable information at best. But dubious or not it has served to create the suicide narrative.

There are so many lies at play here making it quite difficult to find the truth.

If the NYT wants us to buy the narrative that the correction officers didn't observe him for hours, but actually he wasn't in his cell during that time and they had no need to observe him, then questions do need to be asked.

If he was in another part of the correction facility then DOJ should have those cctv images, but reports are that those camera were also not functioning.

Whatever happened they need to be transparent. I hope that him putting all his assets into a trust only 2 days before the incident doesn't mean his victims can't sue his estate.
