Prince Andrew is vulnerable to extradition. That must be why he did the interview, it was calculated even if it was a train wreck. He can say now all the questions were explored on the BBC interview and he'll only say the same things again, that he can't even remember Virginia Guiffre etc.

Tills in the above interview makes some good points. In response to Dr. Sawyer from the Bureau of Prison that every inmate is treated the same, he said that every person has equal dignity but not every inmate has equal value for future prosecution and investigation.

That would be right given we know the extraordinary measures the prisons went to in securing El Chapo who was in the same facility and ensuring he made it to trial. There's no way imo cameras weren't on him 24/7 recording every move he made. Broken / turned off cameras LOL.

The moral of the story might be, if you're not sure Ron don't go there.

Maybe Randy Andy’s punch was spiked and that’s why he doesn’t remember. Maybe it was a long-range blackmail setup. Not a fan of the royals but not going to condemn a bloke on the strength of photos that do no more than suggest he’s hetero.

I'd never considered the possibility that Andy might have been a victim and raped too.

Maybe he should be the one taking legal action against Maxwell and Epstein's Estate for sexual assault on him?

I'm not really up to date on this story. Has he been accused of rape?

Sex with an under-aged girl of 17.

Ah, Florida. OK. Sounds a lot like prostitute's regret so far.

The woman was born in August 1983 and there is a photo showing that she at least met Edward in 2001. If there is any more compelling evidence, let it be heard. And I don't mean he said/she said that was used to convict Pell.

Three times, in different places. He also continued his relationship with Epstein for a while and stayed at his house after Epstein was convicted and positioned as a high risk repeat offender level three, on the sex offenders register.

The circumstantial evidence is a bad look, but it takes more than that to ruin a man. Or it used to.

The Murdoch family media has attempted to lower the ruiness tolerance threshold bar so much for the British Royal Family,
that Andy does not stand a chance in their media eyes.

It's got to the ridiculous point, where any Royal over the age of 18, caught picking their nose in public, is ridiculed and demonised to generate more clicks, and continually demonstrate their owners power, and value of their media assets, and try and instill fear in others, like a bully.

Was she willingly having sex with any man she was told to? What did she receive in return?

She was underage so it isn't the point, it becomes a matter of consent which can't be given. There's good reasons why sex with a minor is illegal and sex trafficking minors, among the most serious of crimes can carry a life term in prison.

It is a point. She was likely engaged in illegal prostitution. Sorry, not much sympathy.

You're in defiance of the law.

What if she was twelve years old Ron? Eight? How old in your view to be a victim?

I would ask where the parents are.

What kind of teenage girl accepts money to give a massage to a middle-aged man? One that is prepared to go further, is my guess.

Once again, if Andy has broken the law then let him be prosecuted.

If an adult having a transactional or consensual sexual relationship with a girl under the legal age of consent,
is legally considered as having committed a sexual assault or partaken in illegal child prostitution,
regardless of whether the girl asked for money, was offered money, asked for the sex, or was asked for the sex,
where does that leave your assertion that the middle-aged man has not committed any crime?

And not to forget that their appears to be evidence that the sexual acts between some of these under-age girls and their "Johns", was being recorded, for purposes of potential/future blackmail and the compilation of dirt files, which effectively means that the girls were also victims of child pornography, regardless of whether they knew they were being recorded or not.

Middle aged men's ignorance of the law of the land they are in at any point in time, is no defence in these criminal matters.

Do you know exactly what the laws are in Australia in regards to this area of crime?

Laws against child sexual abuse
vary by country based on the local definition of who a child is and what constitutes child sexual abuse. Most countries in the world employ some form of age of consent, with sexual contact with an underage person being criminally penalized. As the age of consent to sexual behaviour varies from country to country, so too do definitions of child sexual abuse. An adult's sexual intercourse with a minor below the legal age of consent may sometimes be referred to as statutory rape, based on the principle that any apparent consent by a minor could not be considered legal consent.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) is an international treaty that legally obligates nations to protect children's rights. Articles 34 and 35 of the CRC require states to protect children from all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse. This includes outlawing the coercion of a child to perform sexual activity, the prostitution of children, and the exploitation of children in creating pornography. States are also required to prevent the abduction, sale, or trafficking of children. As of December 2014, 195 countries have ratified the Convention, including every member of the United Nations except the United States and South Sudan.

Child prostitution
is prostitution involving a child, and it is a form of commercial sexual exploitation of children. The term normally refers to prostitution of a minor, or person under the legal age of consent. In most jurisdictions, child prostitution is illegal as part of general prohibition on prostitution.

Child prostitution usually manifests in the form of sex trafficking, in which a child is kidnapped or tricked into becoming involved in the sex trade, or survival sex, in which the child engages in sexual activities to procure basic essentials such as food and shelter.

If the girl's underage then obviously it's a crime. She'd want to have more incriminating evidence than that photo if she wants to stitch him up, though. Surely she can remember some sort of distinguishing characteristic.
