Eerr your honour the ex prince took out his sabre and used it knowingly on the said youngster.A real shame she settled. It would have been great for the details around this sordid affair to finally be aired. I guess she needed the money more than justice.
" Aussie girl takes Prince Andrew to the cleaners "
Maybe he shouldn’t have put his @#$& in a 17 year old then he would have advoided all this embarrassment.Said he should've paid 4 years ago and avoid all this embarrassment.
Suffer you entitled prig.
Maxwell signalling how easy it is to throw the Queen's favourite son under a bus.
Did emails about this picture sink Prince Andrew's case?
The photograph, said to be taken in Maxwell's London townhouse in 2001, had been questioned by Andrew and just this week his legal team had demanded Miss Roberts turn over the original.www.dailymail.co.uk

This was always about money, it was a civil trial not a criminal trial. Virginia was 17 years old at the time and of age in London where the picture of her with Andrew that went to evidence, was taken.
The danger for Andrew had it gone to trial imo, is that Virginia claimed he knew she was being trafficked and their engagement in London wasn't a one-of. That there were other occasions outside of London where she was trafficked to Andrew and if it was in Florida for example, it would be a criminal offence.
It was for Virginia to decide, not him, whether she would have been prepared to push and take it all the way.
17 is legal for a consenting relationship, not prostitution or trafficking. Andrew wouldn't have gone to jail but if it had gone to trial the jury may have found him guilty. That would be a kind of justice IMO.This was always about money, it was a civil trial not a criminal trial. I wonder if Andrew has admitted to his mum
( probably charles instead ) what really happened , perhaps that is why they are paying up. The whole thing is quite pathetic for all parties involved.
Reports that Jean Luc has been found dead
Reports that Jean Luc has been found dead
Love the irony, given this outcome, that he was incarcerated in the 'Paris Health Prison'..!Gawd, another prison suicide but this time in France.
Former French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, close to American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead in his cell in the Paris Health prison, the Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed on Saturday February 19. This same source specifies that an investigation into the causes of death has been opened, entrusted to the 3rd judicial police district.
Accused of rape by several former top models, which he disputed, Jean-Luc Brunel had been arrested on December 16, 2020. He had been indicted the next day for “rape of a minor over 15 years old” and “sexual harassment “, and remanded in custody. He was re-indicted six months later. The former agent had also been placed under the intermediate status of assisted witness, for the facts of “aggravated human trafficking to the detriment of minor victims for the purpose of sexual exploitation”.
