Post-Achilles he wasn’t too agile! The way Morris ran around Jezza last night reminded me of Rocca helplessly chasing after Matthew Scarlett out of the 50.

That game still hurts because we would have beaten Port. Will never forget Buckley sitting on the bench with his hands on his head at the siren.Post-Achilles he wasn’t too agile!
It's was a monumental **** up and can only hope we learnt what a big mistake it wasI can’t believe we went with an underdone Miocek when we had McStay in the stands, we wend with an underdone Howe with Parker in the stands (and a good fit for Brisbane) and an underdone Pendles when we had Bobby in the stands. Roll the dice on one, not on three.

Agree - amazing after all the talk of being fit to pay. We need youth to stand up through the year, then a couple of veterans primed for the end of the year assault. It's was a monumental **** up and can only hope we learnt what a big mistake it was
I'd love a dollar for everytime an injured player played finals and stunk it up. I'm still shocked we fell for itAgree - amazing after all the talk of being fit to pay. We need youth to stand up through the year, then a couple of veterans primed for the end of the year assault.
Skipworth was on SEN before the game. He said they planned to manage his minutes. That was red flags. He wasn’t fit to play a Prelim then.

It really does indicate a total lack of faith. Interesting watch - just joined the leadership group, yet seems to be on the outerIt just shows the lack of faith for McStay.
He had a shocking year when he played apart from the Blues game.
Pretty sure Nick Daicos’ minutes were managed in the 2023 prelim.
I don’t think bringing in a player on managed minutes is an issue we just brought in the wrong player.
Howe over Parker wasn’t much of upgrade nor was Mihocek over McStay.
Bobby on managed minutes would have given our forward line a real point of difference though.
