He kicked 2 and got 17 touches on Monday. Think he's being tutored by Cameron Ling which is really positive. I've noticed he plays with a lot more confidence and tries to be more vocal. Long road to justify the #2 tag.

I think most people on here would rather your club merged with some other mediocre Melbourne club, so the rest of the competition can stop propping you up ... There are too many Victorian clubs, but that's for another thread.

The big problem now is, it requires four clubs to merge to avoid byes. Then again, three could become one.

The reality is that much of the income is integral to the fixtures and TV rights, and that will make mergers difficult. It makes it financially better to keep clubs going than to reduce the number of clubs. At least that is my understanding of it. The "byes" issue has little impact.

The club with all of this long heritage of "old money", (both Jewish and Christian affiliated), is currently holding out the Oliver Twist hands, YET AGAIN, and asking, "Please Sir, some more?".

And they'll get it too, no doubt. AD's regime hasn't got the balls to make tough calls like this.

The same f***ing club that has been spoon fed AFL money, given gift-wrapped multiple top class draft picks via blatant cheating, and yet still can't field a team that can play competitively.

Those poncing pricks, in their old school ties, and with their MCC memberships and flash European cars and bejewelled trophy wives, really do not deserve a football club to support.

Go say ra ra number 5 at some other sport, like polo. You arseholes.
