I wouldn't change a thing, or at least I wouldn't tell him to change anything yet. He clearly loves what he's doing, he's 100% team orientated, and he's helping the team score. At this stage I don't care if he doesn't have a ping because as someone pointed out, he's assisting an average of 3 times a game.

Telling him to take a ping might change the way he plays, so let him be.

Him and Davey together up forward, and in form they completely revitalise our whole forward line and make it so much tougher for teams to clear the ball. Also i've been seriously impressed with Jetta when he has the ball, just has great vision and decision making. A further positive is that for the first time in his career he is actually getting enough of the ball to make a real difference as well. Plus his tackling has been excellent.

Nice to see him working together with Davey. Now all he needs is to eat more pasta to put on a little more weight, just a little weight which he must turn into muscle.

Together with Davey, they confused the opposition and made some great plays.

Nuh, I prefer the team focused version. The earlier version had him playing for his highlight reel.

Hasn't he always had the problem of not having a shot? I know he did against Freo and Brisbane in consecutive games a couple of years ago.

Just what I was thinking. Leroy has never been one to take the selfish, low-percentage, highlight reel Milne shot in his time at Essendon (maybe in Juniors? I don't know).

I must admit after sticking up for him for ages, there was a time i finally lost faith and believed he wouldn't make it.
Happy to say i think i'm probably wrong on this one.
Loving the work rate and effort he's put in the last 2 games.

25 possies, 127 dream team points. 2 weeks in a row he has played 4 consistent quarters, two goals also. i really didn't think this kid would get there, but looking good.

He was on the TV screen at all times pretty much, his cardio has improved like crazy.
He is becoming what Daniel Wells should have by the looks of it :D
Also has the second best name in the AFL, Steele wins there.

Glad to be proved wrong. I never thought he was up to it but glad he has shown me that he does. 2 games is great but keep on going! Has shown real metal and as his confidence grows hopefully does his performances.
Go DONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's almost like he is made for AFL level, as weird as it sounds.

I think he enjoys playing in the best league against the best sides and motivates himself to perform in every game. At Bendigo, I just don't think he had that desperation to do any of that.

What an amazing turn around for Leroy.

It looks like he is replacing Lovett in the midfield, and not because he is indignous but because he is fast and uses the ball well. Love the pressure that he puts on.

I noticed a lot of similarities to McLeod tonight, and not the current McLeod, the one of around 1998-2003.
