I would reach out to them - email or even via socials, cause while I haven't had issues with their puzzles I've read from others who have and they've been good in responseOur Christmas puzzle was the 1000 piece Ravensburger Christmas Market. Just managed to finish it in time but it's missing four pieces. We were suspicious because the inner bag was split when we opened the box and there were some loose pieces. We've never lost a puzzle piece before so we're pretty sure it wasn't us after a thorough search.
Never had that happen before. I could follow up with them I guess but it isn't that important. Just a surprise from a Ravensburger.
Yes it’s a bit disappointing. I once had a puzzle with two pieces missing from a brand new sealed puzzle , oh well. Our Christmas puzzle was the 1000 piece Ravensburger Christmas Market. My latest puzzle came with a form just in case pieces were missing.
I don't think I could buy a Hinkler puzzle, it would be too triggeringA couple of months back I bought a puzzle by Enjoy and upon opening it I found a warranty card inside - you create an online account with them to register your product and can reach out if you have any issues
A couple of years ago I did the Hinkler Mindbogglers Puntastic TV Shows puzzle - the idea being to complete the puzzle and then work out the 100 TV shows hidden within the image as depicted via visual puns
The puzzle image matched the box image but I couldn't work out the last few TV show puns so I looked at the answer sheet which listed not just the shows but also a copy of the image to reference what the images matched. This is where I ran into problems as that answer sheet was slightly different to my completed puzzle with more detail than I had
I reached out to Hinkler online (public socials), shared photos of the images and got a response pretty quickly that there had been a printing error and they'd send me a new puzzle - my new puzzle was of Neuschwanstein Castle, so something different
For those who don't have room for the 7000 piece versionJust ordered the Ravensburger "Six Portals" from amazon UK (via amazon AU) which looks stunning. I'm hoping that despite the piece count the fact that it's in six (reasonably) distinct sections (and two inner bags) might help. Currently a small discount for BF too.
