Injury JK Back Next Week?

I'm pretty sure 2009 is the last time in the regular season that we've played them over here, lost by about 20 points iirc. We played them here in the 2011 NAB Cup as well. Collingwood play well on the road so it's going to be a tough task.
Yep, round 9 2009. We lost by 22 points. Benny Mc kicked 4 that day for us nad Jack Anthony 3 for them. How times have changed for us and them.

Seriously can't wait for JK to come back - add some of that needed srtructure, plus let Darling have a breather from the best backman. Things are starting to look up on the injury front. :)

Yeah things have changed for the better for both teams since then.

As for JK, he's back in the WAFL this week according to Woosh. I'm fine with that as I don't like the premeditated subs much in case there's an early injury which throws those plans out the window.

A certain J Kennedy named at CHF for East Freo this weekend

The dead are rising and playing for the Sharks?

Kennedy is going to be a massive in, even if he doesn't kick 5 goals a game, it's going to shake up our structure enough to allow for different coaching decisions. The fact that Darling can move to CHF and get the 2nd best defender is huge. It's also going to make opposition back lines more nervous, they are going to have to cover more tall's and the fact that the attacking options are there is going to mean they are going to spread thin to cover us. Looking forward to it. It's good timing too. I feel like we are really out of options at this point. Our midfield just cant get it's shit together. Going more defensive against Geelong helped a little bit, but they still broke us apart with faster outside mid's. Embley showed some promise, he actually found targets on the outside instead of just throwing it out and hoping it found a player. Good times ahead

and then lynch gets the third best - and starts chopping up again..... cox or naita goes forward and the opposition dont know wtf to do

ahhhhhhhhh - the world will be back as it should be - the horrors of mordor are contained again.....

For sure, it's going to allow each of our forwards a little more space and options, and that may be all we need.

This could be the perfect opportunity for Josh Hill to find some form too. He'll attract the opposition's... 4th or 5th best defender? :)

The fact that we that we are counting on some of the best teams in the comp to loose as well as winning the rest of our games suggests that the top is realistically gone.
Except we just need the Hawks to lose to Sydney. So in that case we're actually only counting on the team higher on the ladder to win at home. hardly that much of a stretch. The bigger obstacles are us beating the pies at home (entirely possible, especially with Kennedy back) and then beating the Hawks at the G. That's the real tough one. But if we can't beat them we don't deserve top 4, if we can then we do. Pretty simple.

Now that north's got up over the pies, our destiny's back in our own hands (although we need to smash port so that collingwood can't make up percentage against essendon). If we then beat collingwood and hawks beat sydney, it also means hawthorne will already have top 4 locked up (and hopefully top two beyond reach) when we play them. Moral: if we win by a lot today, maybe we should be cheering on hawthorne against sydney.

Yeah as Coaster said. This is huge for structure.

Darling has kicked what? 40 goals this year whilst getting proverbially ravaged by two defenders. JK might not do a lot, but with all Darling would have learnt during this time he's going to be a force to be reckoned with once freed up a little.

And then next year we'll have a little known bloke called LeCras stepping. Remember him? *fap
