I remember reading a magazine years ago that listed some bad injuries. One was a dislocated hip in a soccer match somewhere in South America.

When the trainers put it back in, they jammed one of his agents in with it.

Once at hospital they had to re-dislocate it to get his nut out.

Bo Jackson's career ended with a partial hip dislocation. Tore some crucial blood vessels that stopped supply of blood to the socket. Able to better diagnose these days so hopefully not out of the game too long.
