At least we were competitive that quarter? If we can finish with a few goals and put 1 awful quarter aside, a meaningless pre-season game doesn't look so bad.

These things turn around pretty quickly. Even up those clearances a bit and make the opponent reactive and all sorts happens.

I've enjoyed our new game plan where we rely on intercept marks in the back line, we then bomb the ball long to wherever the opposition have numbers, then on the rare occasion we get it past the centre we kick to the disadvantage of our forwards

Either that or a blind kick out which will invariably be a turnover.

You haven’t pointed out anything factual you’ve simply made a sarcastic remark. If you compare us to 2013-14-15 which was my original comparison please tell me which talented players we have on the list that make this team worse because I still say this list is better in terms of depth.

The kid has looked alright. Disappointing we didn't take him at some point in the last couple of years.

Lecras has been good. No need to focus on one missed tackle in open space in a game when Fremantle has walked through tackles even in congestion from others.

I think the ball use is the biggest concern for us, but again, it's just JLT.
