McKenzie before SchofieldCheers lads.
Just for interests sake, what’s the depth chart look like in your key defenders. McGovern, Barrass, Schofield, then?

Of course! For some reason I had in my mind he retired due to injury, but must have been Giles.McKenzie before Schofield
Don't know what people see in Cole. Lock for East Perth 22 I reckon.
Ryan was hot and cold needs to be a bit more selective with his marking but will cause headaches to the opposition.

Brander's a long way off playing imo, would take 4 or 5 injuries to our backline minimumOf course! For some reason I had in my mind he retired due to injury, but must have been Giles.
Disagree with you on Watson. Shows evasiveness, speed and tenacity although his kicking is dodgy. I think there's definitely something to work with.Watson was horrendous not up to AFL standard.
Liked fwd pressure of Ryan, closed down disposal quickly to force misuse.Didn't see Ah Chee in the middle once.
Cole was good, 13 touches at 92%DE. Didn't make a mistake.
Vardy is still my choice as 2nd ruck over Lycett.
Redden was impressive, confident he can step up now.
Yeo was a class above. Just on another level these days.
Ryan was exciting. Bit casual but the hype was over the top.
I like that Lycett brings that aggression and bit of mongrel to the team.Didn't see Ah Chee in the middle once.

Thought he was poor ! Fumbles, dropped marks that need to be taken and poor kicking. You have got to be kidding me, one of biggest takes out today was Watson. Can play at the level I thought and quite liked his game.
Ankle iced up during 3rd quarter . Was meh till then .was just scrolling and noticing the lack of comment on Ahchee..didn't see the game, presume he was quiet? settling in?
was there anything of promise?...a super handball at least?
did you or anyone around you report that person to security or to both clubs?Disappointing the racist port Adelaide supporter at the ground calling our Sudanese WCE supporters
the N word.
Lycett was a better ruck and more of a physcal presence in close .sorry but there was no way Lycett was gonna have a better game than Vardy considering Lycett has played one game in around 18 months and has been injured for a while. While on the other hand Vardy just came off his best season. Lycett will be a slow build and im not sure he will play AFL straight off the bat (unless NN is out for even longer).
Already in the HUN sounds like it's been referred to the AFLdid you or anyone around you report that person to security or to both clubs?
Thought our midfielders were easy winners on the day.was just scrolling and noticing the lack of comment on Ahchee..didn't see the game, radio only..presume he was quiet? settling in?
was there anything of promise from him...a super handball at least?
good news re Redden, Ryan, Cole, Vardy, Jets, Duggan stepping up..and Yoyo earning his newfound big bucks.
what happened to the Gov, a hit?
I love the moment before the first preseason games, that magical land where I still believe that the Redden trade wasn't a bust and that he'll step up
Joking aside, how did people rate Ah Chee?
10 touches, 1 tackle in 3 quarters. Didn't wow me.
And Darling spoiled himself the rest of the timeNot a wow game but was there abouts. He didn't get too much on ball time which was disappointing. Early days though.
Thing I did notice was how many time Ah chee and Ryan flew for marks and spoiled Darling. Waterman was lost until he started leading hard and long up past the forward 50. The forward line was sloppy, players getting in the way a fair bit.
How Kennedy, Darling and Ryan are going to gel is interesting, Ryan needs to wait for his time to run and jump at it and when to crumb. He will kick more crumbing goals in AFL then he will taking mark of the year.
Hurchings came on in the 2nd half for a lazy 21 possies.
Redden was good and Sheed serviceable.
Cripps played like a man possessed, amazing what you can do when playing fitr and free of injury. Take notice all you Cripps bashing campaigners!!
Vardy looked very good and Lycett solid. We need both to stay fit.
did you or anyone around you report that person to security or to both clubs?
Cole was good, 13 touches at 92%DE. Didn't make a mistake.
