But these are the pieces weve been dealt so I'll get around them. It's not his fault our team was so shit today, he did a few nice things, simple as that.

We must continue Operation Poppy & take all the talented talls thus denying the competition.

Agree with most of those but would put Yeo and Gaff in the the below rung as well..

We should just play Yeo at HB ...we need midfielders but Yeo gives us structure at HB .
Try the kids in the midfield , Jetta on the wing .

It looked like after the first quarter Shuey, Gaff, Yeo and Sheed were basically running through the motions. I reckon they were under instructions to ease up and just get through the game. Whether that's the right strategy or not remains to be seen, would have been nice to go into the season with a bit of momentum.

Yep I guessed so. Shows why we laboured. Really peaking our training loads which is normal before a taper down for round 1

yes we will be better in RD1 if Simmo is any sort of coach especially after that crap..

Nice to see everyone melting so hard over a preseason game. Even if it was a smashing, I highly doubt this means anything beyond players just wanting to start the season proper.
