BUT, thats a bit of run for a lot of height.

Dont think Wagner will get dropped, only played a half last week, surely he will get a full game this week.
Id rest Waite for Daw and bring in Thompson for Watson, Tarrant for Larkey and Simpkin for Thomas.

I don't mind the idea that the NFL use in their pre-season games. Although I'm probably overlooking something obvious.

1st Game:
1st Half: Likely starting 22 play
2nd Half: That group from 15 up to 35 play

Doesn't have to be that rigid but your starters are all playing together and getting used to their individual quirks. The 2nd half is kids playing their butts off to play in the first half of the next game.

I could see the quality of playing drop in the 2nd half but it would be interesting to see who would shine above the 15+ players.

The quote is half right and half wrong.

It's true that Lachie Hansen has done a Hansen, but the error is that Scott Adductor has done a Thompson, not the other way around.
