IIRC it has been stated that we will be playing our expected best 22 in the JLT this year, a few questions to be answered.

1- Will Harris Andrews play forward?
2- Zac Bailey in the back 6 to provide run and carry?
3- Will Daniel McStay get a run?
4- Is Mitch Robinson still best 22 worthy?
5- Can Archie Smith continue to press a claim for round 1 inclusion?
6- Can Lincoln McCarthy do enough to get a start round 1?
7- Will the Hawks remain our easy beats?

8- Why the hell are they playing the game right in the middle of the hottest part of the day.

IMO -
1- No (time to get back to reality, test over)
2- Yes
3- Yes, (and will rightfully play forward)
Deserves his shot on last years form. But will be on a short leash with his kicking for goal.
4- Time will tell, but I think as the year goes on, he will fall back in the pecking order.
5- I think he will, but Martin will get the gig for round 1.
6- Jury is still out??????
7- That would be really nice!
8- AFL (Say no more).

From lions.com-

Parking
Limited Parking is available at Moreton Bay Sports Complex, accessible via Aquatic Centre Drive.

Once parking in car park 1 and 2 are exhausted patrons will be directed to alternative parking near the corner of Morayfield Road and Uhlmann Road, opposite the Moreton Bay Central Sports Complex. Regular free shuttle bus services will operate to and from these car parks for patrons attending the game.

We better play at least a little better than what we did last weekend, otherwise this loss will be worse than that as the Hawks are still a better team without their best midfielder.

1. Hopefully not.
2. I Think Bails will play in def until Bundy is fit.
3. Yes, thinking our foward line will be McStay, Big O and Hippy
4. On the fringe, definitely brings some great qualities, but as a mid doesn't win enough of the ball, and when he wins at the contest just wacks it on the boot, quiet like the idea of him as a mid sized pressure type forward,
5. No, Stef will start and think big O offers more foward as back up ruck.
6. Interesting, heaps of buzz round him in INtra club matches, was verry quiet on weekend BUT he wasn't the only one.
7. yes....hopefully
8. I am sure Gill had something to do with it.

Yeah let's not worry about what McCarthy brings to the table just yet. Didn't Cameron and Rayner finish with doughnuts in their first practice matches last year?

Hard questions were asked by both players and coaching staff during the week. Extremely disappointed that this is happening so early in the year. All pre season optimism is gone. Another year of tempered expectations would have done wonders for growth it seems.

Just a reminder to all that we are one PRACTICE GAME into 2019. This kind of talk is nothing but emotive words and opinion attempting to be portrayed as facts and a foregone conclusion.
