Callum Brown, Stephenson, Thomas, Murray would be my locks for round 1.

Brown and Murray very exciting against a full strength WB side.

Brown has exceptional vision in close and has the ability to get the ball out to advantage.

Murray looks to be an astute list inclusion.

Thomas kept us in the game when we were getting pumped. His disposal and decision making ability is still a worry.

Moore looks good and Reid has worked his way into the game.

Troloar needs to hit targets and Siddy is all class!

... any side with Darcy Moore playing at HF just isn’t going to happen.

Yeah, sure, his surname is ‘Moore’, and we’ve kinda gotten used to him in the forward line ...

... but he’s kicked 58 goals in 47 games which isn’t that great for the expectations of somebody playing his forward position.

By way of comparison Jesse White kicked 64 goals in his last 47 games.

The club have quite reasonably concluded that it’s time to try Moore in the backline.

Realism has nothing so with it. I wouldn't complain about the forwardline if Moore was there. Moore's numbers are reasonable for a young a player and the club should have reasonably concluded he'd improve and kept him in the role.

Jesse White's goal numbers were never the problem, it was his lack of competiveness and willingness to bring the ball down which Moore provides.

I would imagine Buckley is trying to do a “Fasolo” with Moore.
Give him a season up back to learn what elite forwards do. Then switch him back to become the weapon.
