THE HAWKS' DEFENSE IS SUBLIME!!! It is layered in depth (they break through the midfield and the backline is all there, often a man free!) and disciplined. It's a thing of beauty. I am in awe of the coaching setup in the total team defense.

The offense is so fluid. It's like a well tuned clock. Players are anticipating other player movement, men are free and kicks are to advantage.

Even the midfield played to evens that quarter. A great effort. The boys will be sore but they can hold their heads very high from that effort.

A beautiful plan, great effort and spectacular teamwork. The Richmond players look defeated. They are mystified and cannot crack the play. It's obvious. I'm really impressed by this game. GO HAWKS!!

Boys have been good - happy with the systems that are in place. Love the crowding of Martin everytime he gets the ball.
