hahahahahaha! Without a doubt the WORST mail in the AFL..it's like the teams tell him the wrong information on purpose sometimes, or he's guessing. He had Deledio, Martin and Riewoldt out the door at Tigerland (and Cotchin seriously mulling an offer from Hawthorn, putting off talks till the end of the season only to resign before round 1), and he's a freaking Tigers "supporter"..

I'd sleep more soundly as a Bombers fan if Ralph had come out and said he DID have an infraction..
I agree.

So how about the word of Daniher's mother. Good enough?

Great work Hird. Keep it up.
Now if only you were the coach and in control of things...

Can someone please answer this...

What does it matter if he was injected with only a banned drug?

Isn't the issue that some shonky doctor was prescribing these non-TGA approved drugs to the players for obviously bogus reasons?

Or is the issue that a pharmacist was compounding them without even receiving a script from a doctor at all?

So regardless if he received an IN, he was injected (presuming he took part in the program) with a non-TGA approved drug that was sourced in a shady manner.

Same goes for Hird keeping his job. It seems now to hinge only on whether or not they took banned drugs. Why??

Surely the fact that they were non-TGA approved drugs and therefore not available over the counter in this country, and were therefore sourced form overseas and prescribed/compounded in an illegal or at best, highly immoral fashion is enough to have the lot of them run out of town?

Same goes for Joe Daniher. Why does it just hinge on banned drugs?
Well said old man

Can he even receive an IN if he was part of the program? Serious question.
He wasn't signed on at Essendon at the time. Is the local junior footy League he was signed to a WADA signatory League? Is every subsidiary AFL League bound by the WADA code?

This is correct, even if he was part of the program (which he wasn't) he couldn't be given an AFL notice.

Close thread and stop speculating about individuals.
